Named Otis, this striking young male has robust structural development, well-balanced conformation, and an exceptionally gentle, affectionate personality. Otis has been thoroughly socialised to domestic home life and has received early crate-training. He displays the breed’s iconic alert stance, dark expressive eyes, and beautiful long coat.

Mandatory Health and Husbandry Standards
Placing a long-haired Dachshund puppy requires a commitment to regular physical enrichment, a safe home environment, and preventative veterinary care.
Our private facility focuses on responsible placement and comprehensive health screening. Every puppy undergoes detailed health assessments before placement.
To maintain the validity of our health guarantee, Otis must receive a check-up from a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of arrival.
New owners should provide engaging chew toys and scent-based puzzle activities to support Otis’s natural hound-tracking instincts. Exercise and play should be managed carefully to discourage hazardous jumping and other high-impact movements that could place unnecessary strain on his back.
Rare Fauna Facility Guarantee
All canine placements from our facility receive thorough pre-shipment veterinary wellness checks and the required state health certificates.
